Five years of the EstoBro TV Podcast is worth something to celebrate on the holiday the Gents are most thankful for. Matty EstoBro and Theo 'TV' V. have been as thick as thieves since their glory days in college, and they do not plan on stopping curating podcast episodes in their passion project. Join the pair as they take the listening audience in for a vintage feel on how they once originally started the show, by discussing the topics they are most passionate about. Starting off with the sports segment with the 'Good, Bad, and Ugly,' after the results of fight weekend earlier this November (12:00), as they highlight the victory of Jon 'Bones' Jones at UFC 309 and criticize the results of the boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. As they turn their attention to the entertainment part of the show, the Gents were right on the mark on how Wicked and Gladiator 2 would do well on their debut at the box office (33:30). With Red One still getting a great deal of flack, they also start dismissing the credibility of MetaCritic with their latest ranking lists: first to be confused of the greatest holiday films of this century, followed by the ranking list of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's films that he has starred in. We cannot have entertainment without music (49:50), and the latest news is Kendrick Lamar's latest album dropped with GNX as a surprise release. They also highlight the latest rapper in K-Dot's crosshairs with Lil Wayne, as there has been much speculation of this since the former was selected to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime show in New Orleans. The following segment is the latest in nerd culture (56:40), with the latest nominations for this year's Game of the Year Awards and an update on how anime breaks into the trading card scene with Union Arena. The show concludes with some vintage segment, 'Who has the munchies?' (70:55) going into detail about the proper way to make a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich and EstoBro's latest entry in the 'Chicken Sandwich Wars.' The Gents want to thank their listening audience for supporting the program over the past 5 years and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!
