The EstoBro TV Podcast

Existence is Pain

99th Avenue Productions Episode 122

Send us a text

As we enter the month of October, the first episode of the month is a show centered around current sports events. EstoBro opens up the show by focusing on the Toy Story broadcast that ESPN tested over the weekend (4:15). It was the first London series matchup played between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Atlanta Falcons. Although the focus on the target audience was children, it did not seem to impress the hosts of the podcast. With MLB playoffs beginning, the Gents sulk the sorrows of their favorite baseball clubs not playing baseball in October (12:45). Hear EstoBro rant about how the Atlanta Braves spoiled the Chicago Cubs' playoff chances, as he and TV wrongly predict the playoff run of the Tampa Bay Rays. TV is also bothered by the recent news of Damian Lillard being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks (28:35). He and everyone else truly believed that the NBA All-Star was going to join Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat, but we are certain that Dame was not ready to go through his emo phase in South Beach. The Gents also point out the United States failed to defend the Ryder Cup in Rome to the European golf stars (57:35), and what is to be the outcome future of the international tournament when more countries are being represented in golf. Finally, EstoBro revisits the classic segment of 'Who has the munchies?' when talking about his journey to the fast food chain Jollibee (68:00), which has recently been opened in St. Petersburgh and definitely makes a solid case of being represented in the Chicken Sandwich Wars.
